4:30 p.m. Monday: Four Detroiters — ages 13, 14, 15 and 16 — are charged as juveniles with stealing a 1999 Jeep Cherokee from an Air Force veteran who served in the legendary Tuskegee Airmen, an aide to Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy tells George Hunter of The Detroit News.
A $75,000 bond was set for the gunman and $50,000 bonds were set for his accomplices. All four are scheduled to appear in court March 20.
Police arrested them a day after the gunpoint carjacking outside the Sportzone Barber Shop near Harper and Van Dyke at about 4 p.m. Saturday, Hunter reports Monday afternoon in an online article.

Decorated World War II hero Jesse Rutledge initially thought the boys approaching outside an east-side Detroit barbershop knew him "because I've been here so long," he tells Tom Wait of WXYZ.
When he saw a weapon, the 88-year-old former Tuskegee Airman knew something else was going down near Harper and Van Dyke on Saturday evening.
With a gun pointed at his face, Rutledge complied and handed over the keys to his 1999 Jeep Cherokee.
The teens took off, but police were able to track them down and arrest them.
One accused carjacker is 13, according to Wait.
In his two-minute report, the reporter says the crime "is one of those examples of the ultimate disrespect of your elders." Rutledge shows the reporter his medals and commendations for serving as a gunner aboard a B-25 bomber during raids over Japan.
