Thad McCotter Expected In Court Today

McCotter is expected to appear at a preliminary hearing for two former staffers charged with forging hundreds of signatures on McCotter's nominating petitions.

Earlier this year, election officials threw out most of his signatures and rendered McCotter ineligible for reelection. Attorney General Bill Schuette has charged for of the ex-Congressman's former staffers with election fraud. No charges have been filed against McCotter.
