The Michigan Supreme Court looks like they're putting a bow on the Ambassador Bridge Gateway Project dispute. The Court declined to hear an appeal from the Matty Moroun-owned Detroit International Bridge Company today. After several years of legal wrangling, Wayne County Circuit Judge Prentis Edwards stripped the public-private project from DIBC earlier this year and gave MDOT full authority to finish the Gateway. -- JTW
