Charlie Le Duff Fox2 NewsA year after Turkia Mullin was removed as Metro Airport's executive director, Fox 2's Charlie LeDuff "obtained the recording of the back-room deal where the airport commissioners fired her in the wake of the Wayne County severance [pay] scandal." Ficano, the county executive, declined to comment directly because of pending legal action. "All I can say is that things have been taken care of," he tells LeDuff. "We're moving forward in the county, and I think the airport at this point hasn't suffered any consequences whatsoever."
