Jerry Seinfeld Liked to Say 'Salsa;' Miguel Cabrera Likes to Sell It

On Seinfeld, George Constanza and Jerry Seinfeld had a good time simply saying "salsa."

Tigers star Miguel Cabrera apparently also has a thing about salsa.

On Monday, he unveiled his own line of line of salsa  -- Miggy's Salsa -- at the Meijer store in Livonia.

“I think it’s going to be great,” said Cabrera, according to WWJ.  “When we got the opportunity to do this …. and we thank them for that – we appreciate it because they give us the opportunity to get close to the fan(s) at this event … that’s great. It’s awesome.”

WWJ reports Cabrera will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Miguel Cabrera Foundation which helps set up youth programs in the United States and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
