If you want to complain about the Detroit incinerator's smell, you'll have to wait until Tuesday because Greater Detroit Resource Recovery Authority offices are closed today as part of a cost-saving furlough in the city of Detroit.
WXYZ: Recreation centers, human resources, the Board of Ethics, building authority, Human Rights, purchasing and the Greater Detroit Resource Recovery Authority also will be closed.Payroll, public works, income tax assessments, property tax, treasury and planning and development offices will be open.
