Michigan can't count on another shot at reaching the NCAA finals any year soon, columnist Drew Sharp writes in the Free Press. That's because stars like Trey Burke, Tim Hardaway jr. and Mitch McGary feel an NBA pull they may not resist.
Players in today's college game are stumbling over each other in a rush to get out as quickly as possible. . . . The clock ticks away time much faster than previously.
For the Wolverines, that means "their best chance for a national championship is now," Sharp writes. "It's probably the last chance for this particular team."
Win now, or wait. And who knows how long that wait could last? . . .
