Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in Michigan by a narrow 13,107 votes.

But that tally could change by the time Michigan's 83 counties certify the vote by Nov. 22. On Nov. 28, the state Board of Canvassers meets to make it official. 

Still, the state’s director of elections Chris Thomas says it's unlikely the result will change, Kathleen Gray writes at the Detroit Free Press. 

“I looked at the 2012 results and the presidential race changed by 113 votes for the candidates of the political parties,” Thomas told the Freep.  “And there were 7,900 write-in votes, but that doesn’t change the election outcome.”
