A University of Michigan study says Oakland County added more than 23,000 jobs in 2011. That's a true boost to the economy after the county lost more than 168,000 jobs between 2000 and 2010. One of the co-authors of the study is University of Michigan economist Doctor George Fulton, who is interviewed in this podcast by WDET's Pat Batcheller.
