Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree confirms some of the most serious allegations against him.

The Detroit News reports that McCree told the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission that he had sex in his chambers with a woman who had a case pending before him.

The admission was contained in documents released Thursday by the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission, which has accused the suspended judge of  21 counts of judicial misconduct.

The News' Orlandar Brand-Williams reports:

In his 35-page response, McCree admitted that he "became involved in a sexual relationship with Ms. (Geniene La'Shay) Mott that began in June 2012." McCree, who is married, further admitted "that on a few occasions, the (sexual) relationship took place" in his chambers.

Mott has told investigators that McCree is the father of her unborn child.

Mott and McCree met after he was assigned to a case in which she was seeking child support in March 2012.

You might recall the judge first got in trouble last year when he texted a shirtless photo of himself to a female security officer in the courthouse.

When confronted at the time by Fox2's Charlie LeDuff, McCree said: "Ain't no shame in my game."
