Man Fatally Struck By Car While Crossing Street In Midtown

A man was killed while crossing Woodward near Mack late Thursday night, according to Detroit police. 

“The victim, a black male age 58, was crossing the street against the red light and was hit by a blue 2004 Toyota Matrix four-door,” Woody said. “The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene."

The victim's name has not been released.
