The former Fresard dealership site on N. Main Street in Royal Oak has ben sold, and developers are looking at the site for a nine-story hotel, five-story apartment building, and a restaurant, possibly a Ballantine steakhouse, according to the Royal Oak Tribune.

Plans show the hotel and apartment buildings lining Main. The name Hotel Indigo, which is a chain of boutique hotels, is on the awning. More than 30 Hotel Indigos have opened since 2004 and about 10 more are under construction.
