Mitt Romney wasn't exactly feeling at home Wednesday when he delivered a speech to the NAACP in Houston.
That being said, Detroit City Councilman Ken Cockrel Jr. tweeted this on Thursday morning:
"Mitt Romney addressing NAACP is like Ted Nugent keynoting at PETA conference."
Romney told the crowd he’d do more for African-Americans than Obama, and that he would repeal the Affordable Health Care Act. The latter triggered some boos, but still probably far less than Ted Nugent would have gotten at a PETA gathering. -- A.L.
