Former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Diane Hathaway, of the Hathaway judicial cartel, is set to report to the federal prison known as "Camp Cupcake" today to serve her 366-day sentence for mortgage fraud.
WXYZ: Hathaway will serve her 12 month, one day sentence in Alderson West Virginia, also known as "Camp Cupcake."
It's the same facility where Martha Stewart and former Detroit Council President Monica Conyers served time.
Hathaway pleaded guilty to the crime earlier this year after prosecutors alleged that she hid more than $1 million in assets in an effort to get a bank to forgive more than $600,000 in mortgage debt on her Grosse Pointe home.
