Gail Collins of the New York Times says it is improbable that Mitt Romney could have absolutely no recollection of ganging up on a fellow student and cutting his hair during his time as a student at Cranbrook.
She writes that the apparent lying is way more shocking than the incident itself, and asks, "Did he engage in this sort of behavior so often that things just sort of ran together?"
