There was a time when Kmart had some sway and shopping appeal.
Those days seem to have passed, at least in some customers' eyes.
So it comes as no great shock that the White Lake Township store on Highland Road s closing April 26, the Oakland Press reports.
One customer tells The Oakland Press the store was "too dark" inside and she prefers to shop at Walmart down the road.
In December, the Bloomfield Township Kmart on S. Telegraph Road north of Square Lake Road, closed, The Press adds.
